It has been 6 months since we first set up the F.I.C website. As the F.I.C is operating by volunteers and it seems almost impossible to obtain any funding from local authority or organizations. For the purpose to continue providing service, we are here to ask our members for an annual membership fee. The payment by the members will be used for software design, equipments maintenance and etc.,al. A fiscal report will be directed to each member in the end of year.
